About Us
Ngoc Legal, PLLC is a modern, boutique law firm in Houston for families planning their future and entrepreneurs building their businesses, led by an attorney who makes the law clear, approachable, and personal.

Founder & Principal Attorney
Meet Hong Ngoc Nguyen
Hong moved to the United States with her parents when she was seven years old. While she was learning to navigate a new country, she was also helping her family navigate it. Those years showed her how much the right knowledge can change, and she went to law school to become the resource she wishes her family had growing up.
She founded Ngoc Legal to offer something different: a modern, approachable firm where professionalism and comfort go together. Clients work directly with Hong, and she makes sure every one of them feels supported, understood, and heard.
Before founding the firm, Hong drafted wills, revocable living trusts, and powers of attorney and handled probate matters at an estate planning firm in The Woodlands. She later served as fractional general counsel to companies in healthcare and technology, drafting and negotiating master service agreements, operating agreements, employment contracts, vendor terms, and NDAs, and she has litigated insurance defense cases in Texas. That range informs the practical, forward-looking advice she gives today.
